Over The Counter Powders

If you suffer from peeling feet then one thing that may work for you is the use of over the counter medication (medication that can be brought from pharmacies).

The medication explained here is the powders. Powders are mainly used for feet that are moist a lot of the time. The powder will help reduce itchiness, the infection and will also reduce the moisture of your feet which will make it harder for the bacteria to multiply.

The powder is usually placed on the foot (like talcum powder) before you put on any socks and then you just continue your day as normal. If you go to the gym or to any public places where you have to take your shoes and socks off then re-apply the powder after you have finished (some powders require you to re-apply more than once so make sure you read the instructions carefully).

Side-Effects
It may all sounds good but unfortunately when treating peeling feet with powders you may experience more itchiness, soreness and redness and some of you may even have an allergic reaction.

Make sure you research your product and talk to your doctor about allergies before starting a new treatment!
